Anyone miss out on the 'Home Run Grant' in Utah this year? Well, get ready, you may get to miss out again!
The Utah Matters Coalition released information the first part of July that another grant would be coming! We just received word from them that we should see it in the next few days. Speculators are saying that it could be a $4,000 grant, available for 2,000 people, to be used towards the purchase of ANY home. Not just new homes. If this is how it ends up working it will not be here for very long. We would estimate less than 60 days.
What does that mean to you? It depends. If you already have a house that you are ready to buy NOW (meaning under contract, and approved) you will probably get the grant. If you are not there yet, hurry up as fast as you can, and... You may still miss out, depending on how good your agent is, and what house you end up deciding to buy.
